Prepare to be wowed at the Buckeye Wedding Expo, held in the breathtaking Dayton Arcade!
Your journey begins at the historic subway entrance, leading you to the vibrant "Tank." As you enter, you'll be greeted by a wedding resale area, brimming with gently used treasures. Discover amazing deals on everything from décor to favors and accessories – all offered by both vendors and individuals.
Once you've explored the resale market, enjoy complimentary drinks and appetizers in the Tank while we check you in for the main event. We will have a lanyard prepared for our engaged person with your name and wedding date on it. This will assist vendors in providing you the best and most up to date information. We'll then gather everyone for a quick presentation outlining the exciting experiences that await you upstairs in the magnificent Rotunda.
Inside the Rotunda:
For our next experience, you an opportunity immerse yourself in the talents of the area's best local wedding and event vendors. A live portrait painter, caricature artist, and photo booth are ready to capture the fun of the day and give you a keepsake to take home.
The Rotunda will be filled with a variety of local wedding professionals eager to connect with you. Experience live, face-to-face communication with vendors of all types, allowing you to find the perfect match for your style and needs. Catering exhibitors will be offering delicious samples, helping you narrow down your favorites and schedule tastings.
Galleries will display the works of photographers, florists and cake artists, offering a diverse range of styles to inspire your own wedding vision.
Our fashion show stage is set as a wedding showcase designed by many of our on site vendors. Showcasing this year's best designs and styling, it is a visually stunning example of what a wedding reception can look like with vision and the right vendor team.
Get a glimpse of this season’s hottest styles and trends at our Bridal Runway Show happening only once each day. Take a seat for a captivating display of runway models showcasing the latest wedding fashions from one of our local boutiques, Bahar & Reza Bridal.
